Returns and Warranties

We hope you love your products, but in the event you need a return, we will honor any for 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund. All returns must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must have the original packaging including hang tags or dust bags. Purchaser to pay return shipping. Once the item arrives, we’ll process the return.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Products come with a 90 day limited warranty. This covers snaps, waterproofing, workmanship, and elastics. If you find any defects, please reach out on the contact page and include any pictures. Note: the warranty does not cover any normal wear and tear, pilling, shrinking of organic materials,  wash-related issues, or other related issues.
